    * Chauffeur/Limousine Service Gratuity suggested: 20%
    * Hourly rates apply to Denver metro areas only
    * Mileage rates apply to all out of town areas and mountain locations
    * All fleet vehicles are driven by Safety Certified Chauffeurs
    * All Executive Transportation of Denver employees are federal background checked
    * 24 hour cancellation policy
    * Fuel Surcharge: 8.5% Metro, 10% Rural & Mountains
      According To Energy Pump Postings
      These percentages are controlled by OPEC
    * $2.50 Per toll for interstate tolls

Dispatch Times:
    * 2 Hours minimum for Metro Denver Sector.
    * 12 Hours minimum for Mountain Sector.
    * Holidays / Off Hour (12:00 AM - 6:00 AM) 30% Surcharge Will Be Applied.
